Rates varies depending on your parcel weight and how quick you want your parcel. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Other Carrier Services:

We also use Purolator, FedEx, DHL and UPS depending on the destination and weight of the package to get your order to you as fast as possible.

We currently do not offer worldwide shipping. We only ship to Canada and USA at the moment.

For International orders, we are obliged to declare customs. You might get charged custom fees or duties & taxes (it doesn't happen often, but it's not rare neither). Payment of duties or taxes are buyer responsibility, we unfortunately cannot control these fees.

Delivery Exceptions

Your parcel still didn't arrive even after the suggested delivery time? Your parcel might be having a delivery exceptions. Here are the 5 main reasons you still didn't receive your parcel:

1. If you are a worldwide customer, custom delays is probably the reason why you are still waiting. Your package is still in customs waiting for its turn to get verified then released. Also, maybe the borders might be waiting for you to pay the customs fees or duties & taxes, so you might as well check if you have to pay something by going on the carrier website < track my order then look for fees to pay. Or you can call the carrier's customer service to help you out.

2. Federal, national or international holidays can also be the reason why your parcel is still in transit. Those special days are not considered as business days.

3. Sometimes, weather issues such as wildfire, hurricane, flood and more can affect your delivery time. Waiting a few more days and being understanding to the carrier's service is what you can do.

4.Damaged or missing labels can sometimes happens when the shipping label is too destroyed for the barcode to be read. Or the shipping address is wrong/invalid such as unrecognizable symbols. We are not responsible for invalid addresses.

5. Another common reason is you weren't home when the mailman came to deliver your package. In those case, your package will be delivered again the next business day or you might need to pick it up at the post office. 

We are not responsible for parcels once they are scanned as delivered by our carrier.

In the end, your package might still be delivered on time, arrive late or will be returned to our store n o r i k o . Boutique. In the case of a returned package, we will offer you a refund as soon as we receive and inspect the parcel or resend you the package. 

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or trades, all items are final sale.

ALL purchases are FINAL SALE, we do not offer refunds of any value, store credits and/or exchanges. This same policy applies to all deposits made. Deposits cannot be transferred to other items, nor can be refunded under any circumstances.

Any undeliverable packages returned to us will be held at the boutique for in-person pick up unless an arrangement for reshipping is made and at the buyer’s expense.
